I received my art education at Herzen State Pedagogical University, Faculty of Painting. I also studied at Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU), where I focused on Chinese language, history and culture.

I lived and worked in Beijing for ten years. My practice included painting, art photography and exhibition work. I ran my own studio, OD Art Studio, where I taught painting and contemporary art.

In Beijing, I collaborated with modelling agencies: I conducted castings and shot model composites and portfolios for agency boards. Working with bookers gave me a clear understanding of international casting standards and professional model management.

In 2015, my solo exhibition “The Rebirth of Venus” was held at Enjoy Art Museum (悦·美术馆) in Beijing’s 798 Art District. More about the exhibition:

After returning to Saint Petersburg, I continued working in the fashion industry and held the position of chief photographer at one of the city’s modelling agencies. I was responsible for model card photography, castings and communication with bookers.
